Postpartum doula and night nanny caring for a newborn baby in lisbon, Portugal

Sleep deprivation is one of the greatest challenges of the postpartum period.

The Night Nanny service is designed to give you back nights of deep, restorative sleep, ensuring your baby is cared for with the utmost safety and tenderness.

How does the nighttime routine work?

During a 10 to 12-hour night shift, I take full charge of the routine.

If you are breastfeeding, I bring the baby to you only for the feed, and I handle everything else (burping, changing diapers, settling the baby back to sleep, and tidying up).

If the baby is fed using other methods, I take over the entire routine, ensuring you get an uninterrupted night's sleep.

Are there specific conditions for this service, and what is the fee?

Yes. Night support is exclusively for babies up to 4 months old, and it is essential that parents remain at home during the night.

The investment for this service is 100€ per night

Preparing breastfeeding journey in Lisbon, Portugal

Confidence and ease in your transition.

Breastfeeding is an ongoing process of adaptation between you and your baby. Just like the first few days of life, returning to work brings new challenges, and it is not always an intuitive or worry-free transition.

My purpose is to ensure that you do not walk this path alone through this phase of vulnerability and mixed emotions.

To support you continuously, I have created this bespoke support plan Designed to anticipate obstacles and reduce anxiety before your maternity leave even ends, this support combines advance preparation with practical guidance during your adaptation phase, ensuring you always know how to handle the challenges so that breastfeeding continues to flow with ease.

What will we work on in these sessions?

To ensure you feel truly confident in your return to work, we will practically address how to build and maintain your breast milk supply, extraction and storage techniques, and vital tips to maintain or boost your production.

Just as important as the practical side, we will work on adapting your family routine and managing the emotions that this new balance (between work and motherhood) demands of you.

How is the support structured, and what is the investment?

It is an online-based support program, designed to easily adjust to your life without causing stress.

It includes two complete online sessions and ongoing support via WhatsApp/messages, from our first conversation until two weeks after your return to work.

The investment for this program is 70€.

What is the ideal time to start the program?

Anticipation is what dissolves fear.

The first session should take place more than a month before your return-to-work date, while the second happens approximately two weeks after your return (already in the full swing of your adaptation phase).

This prior planning allows us to build your breast milk supply at your own pace, with calm and without any pressure.
